投票文件拟修改以下内容：

The proposal is to change the 3rd paragraph of 4 Description from:

        “For applications which require the retagging of animals with the same identification number and for the storage of user-defined information in the transponder, the reserved field in ISO 11784 is split into three different code fields. See Table 1.“

          This reflects the ISO 11784:1996, "reserved field" ibeing in bits 2 – 15.

to:

         "For applications which require the retagging of animals with the same identification number, for the storage of user-defined information in the transponder, for indicating the starting digit of the visual number and for a reference to user data inside the transponder memory are code fields available."

         This reflects the already approved technical change in the ISO 11784:2024 where the field is reorganized into 5 parts, the "reserved field" being only bits 10 – 11.
